Title: Cannot set profile image

Ok, so I wanted to finally put a picture on my profile, but when I edit my profile though I do see a line for it ... there is no upload option or dialog box of any kind?  What gives?

Currently, only admins can have profile pics. This will change when HLP moves to the new server.

HLP has historically not had avatars or any kind of account linked image, except for site administrators (this excludes project badges, that you get when you join a mod project). People agitated for change awhile back, and when we do an upcoming server move, then you'll be able to set an image.
