I am currently trying to learn. Anyone have some good suggestions as to good and preferably free *cough* Flash animator? I am completely clueless as to what to do. So far it's paint job. Sigh,

i recommend starting with the actual Flash program.  there's dozens of little programs out there that export to SWF files, such as CoffeeCup Flash Animator, etc. but it's always better to just get Flash and start from scratch.  send me a PM and i'll see what i can do about getting you the program.

so you did those animations in PSP?  i've never used paintshop, that's interesting.
