Title: FSO causes explorer window to open after exit?

I've recently noticed this strange behavior where exiting FSO (or sometimes even alt-tabbing out of FSO while it's running) causes windows to open a new explorer window (e.g. to "My Computer").  All the nightly builds do it...it's not a big deal, it's just odd.  Any ideas?
