Since I changed to OpenGL recently, I've been getting the sexiest graphics ever. However, when it comes to loading, I am really hateful about it. It takes forever to load a mission, and often when it's a big mission file, it will freeze. Then I need to press the power button on my computer, because I can't go to the Task Manager and stop this. So then I just use Run in Windows, and the Task manager is next to the game. At first, it was ok, except the waiting time from one screen to another is a bit slower. But once I click commit for a single mission, it doesn't even load one section, and just turns into not responding. Is there a way to speed up the loading process? In the mean time, I'm going to try with Direct.
