I believe that's the code to unlock everything in the techroom, so use it in the techroom.

Okay...

CTRL + SHIFT + S works, for whatever reason, because Mission 15 loads that way. Looks like it really is a corrupted pilot file.

Here's something else to think about. The pilot file I use for The Procyon Insurgency is a duplicated pilot file from one of my other mod pilots. I did this so that I didn't have to re-map all the keys again.
