Thanks, I finally had time to investigate and responded on that thread.

In some missions, the default music track sometimes fails to play, leaving you coasting in silence until something happens to change the track. I've had this happen in "Last Hope" and "The Wait," but I haven't been able to reliably reproduce it; I thought it might have something to do with the timer changes made in the January 3 nightly.

It should not have anything to do with those timer changes.
I've noticed this before (prior to January 3) but haven't been able to reproduce it reliably myself. Pausing and unpausing will fix it.
Trivial Psychic:
It seems to be working properly in the Jan 5th build, but not in 6th and 7th.
