Krackers87 has posted an update on the status of the FreeSpace modding site and forum Hades Combine, which has been down for some time. Apparently, due to some incompetence on the part of a hosting company, the site's backups were either lost or corrupted, and its domain was allowed to expire. Krackers has made all of the former site's downloads available, and he's offering free FTP space for anyone who wants it. According to Krackers, Hades Combine as a whole will possibly return at a much later date, but "don't hold your breath." For more info, and to access the file archives, head to
