Title: Installing a Mod
Post by: piRatemasterYT on July 10, 2016, 09:20:46 pm
There are no understandable ways to put a mod into Diaspora. If there is any existing way to do this that I can understand, please help!

Which mod are you trying to install?

In general adding mods to Diaspora is very easy. Make a folder inside your Diaspora folder. Name it after the mod. Put the mods inside. In the launcher go to the mods tab and select it.

If you tell me which mod, I can give more concrete answers as to how to install.

Asheron campaign.
They all came in .fs2 files without a readme.

Ah. If it's just a bunch of missions rather than a mod, simply stick them in Diaspora/data/missions and then run the game as normal and go to Tech Data -> Mission Simulator -> Single Missions to play them.

No problem. Glad you're enjoying Diaspora so much that you want more.
