Yep, just like with RF if it were an actual problem with the OS then it would fail in the same way for everybody and like you say, plenty of people (myself included) run the game perfectly fine under XP.

Great. I've got this as well. :mad:
EDIT: OK, fixed it. Here's how: I uninstalled FS2, and completely deleted the folder. I then did a full install and it worked fine.
