Actually i think there is a big language barrier...perhaps it was unjust to ban him then? A polish kid at my school talks just like that, actually.

Well, repeatedly demanding for an update, even though the problem lies in his computer, was somewhat rude, so I think that supports the temporary ban. But I was also thinking that we should try to find out in which country does he live. That way it might be possible to find someone who speaks his native language and have them sort out his problems once and for all.
