I'm using my own set of controls, what do I need to map to mark targets for allied strikes?

You mean artillery strikes in Her Finest Hour in Tenebra? I think you would need to modify the mission file to do that.

No, you don't need to edit the mission file! Let me see - it's using whatever you have bound to "Multiplayer Message All", which by default is the 1 key.
