Title: use simulated speech to override English speech

Hi,

I have installed freespace 2 open and used a italian translation.

The translation is full but not include the speech.

I have checked "use simulated speech" tech room , brieefing, in game, but the speech not change and are still in English.

The test with 'play' button work fine.

There is a way to override the English speech with the text recognition ?
