Title: Diaspora Missions Designer

How do I use the Diaspora Mission designer? I'm having a hard time using it and the help option doesn't help at all. I want to try to use the designer to make my own missions. Hell I don't even know how to add new objects to the screen and the screenshots that the help menu showed had more ships than the one I have. Is there some sort of file to get all the ships and models in to the mission designer?

There is documentation included in the Diaspora install. Look at <Diaspora directory>\data\freddocs. It includes a walkthrough of FRED, and a tutorial that goes through all the steps required to set up a mission.

The help option should have opened that up in your browser.
