Ok, I just followed the steps here (http://www.hard-light.net/forums/index.php/topic,49012.0.html) and tried to log in to play with a friend, but I'm unable to connect. Everytime I try it says "Failed to connect to FS2NetD Server".

Just checked the Multi Log-File in the /data/ folder and it says:

Any ideas how to get this fixed?

1.  You MUST use a 3.6.9 build, be it 3.6.9 official or the BTRL builds.  The new 3.6.10 experimental builds WILL NOT WORK - as apparently WMCoolmon and I both discovered yesterday after some grief.
2.  Disable all mods except the multiplayer pack.

Well that log isn't going to do any good since it's from August 7th. 

Have you tried running in window mode to see if there are any firewall or anti-virus popups preventing connection to the internet?  Other than that what is your setup?  How do you connect to the internet?  What version of FS2 are you running?
