I thought that a Blue Planet special edition was coming out that had Voice acting.
Or am I just imagining things?

It's been going rather slowly. We have all the major roles cast, but we're waiting for lines to come in and for the script to be completed.

But yeah, without it managing Voice Acting would be painful.

That sounds interesting! Can you post a link please?

This SE, does it mean the already released campaign of BP or the WIP one?
I liked the BP campaign, and it's sad it wasn't VA.

The Voice Acting Manager has recently become a standard in FRED 2 Open builds.

That's it: Editors ---> Voice Acting Manager (Shift-V)

Oops, 'that' VA manager.
I thought of a different tool, something like what PCS for models is. My bad...

*note to myself: there are no secret/ new/ magic tools on HLP, it's FRED. It's always FRED!*
