For the last level (the one for each chapter where you can leave almost as soon as you start), is there something supposed to happen? I stuck around for a couple mins and nothing happened, and the only waypoint is a 1 hour thing on the Nemesis and I really don't want to wait that long -_- All the other chapter endings at least had something, where is the stuff for this chapter?

AFAIK nothing happens. It's just a fly as long as you like. Its probably for people that want a good look at the Nemesis but couldn't in the other missions becuase they were too busy fighting.
