Just use PCS2.
Taking a hex-editor to a Pof seems...dangerous.

The Reyena is awesome because its a mini-EAD Lindos on crack.

Heheh... the first modified pofs... all they did was change vertices and stuff like that.

No, I didn't know, but are you going to use that massive room-sized computer that uses punch cards and used vacuum tubes just to do your math problems because that's where it all started?

Using a HEX-editor to modify pofs is an obsoleted method. PCS2 does it better, faster, safer, and lets you preview the results.

Yeah. I think modifying the mesh (or even more pronounced normal maps) would be better.

Looking closer, they don't look quite as uniform as I originally thought, the beams themselves are probably fine.  Some of the beamglow radii need to be adjusted though, namely those on the Hyperion or whatever you're calling it (WAY too big)

I also had noticed that, they are too big.
There was once a similar problem with another, older, unofficial INFR1 patch.
