My enemy's always "Alpha 2" simply so I can pick my enemy's warship (which doesn't work so well, though).

Is there a way to disable/diminish that "red screen" effect? It's pretty annoying in external cameras, and probably a real pain for capship battles in general.

That is quite an improvement to the Macross VO VF-1s.

Actually they are for Macross VO (The irony...), I just know the artist(s). Quite a difference 200-300 polys makes huh and of course the all important texture.

Let me look a bit, all types weren't done (yet).

Almost no Gerwalks had been done, mostly straight fighters or super packs were done. Maybe one or two Battroids.

Yes I enabled the head lasers. Pure stupidity that they almost never used them (in combat) in fighter mode. I want to tie power to them, so you can't fire them continuously and be a huge advantage. It would show that unlike the Zents, the Humans still have to master Robotechnology theory.

And as SG-1/Atlantis showed, Projectile weapons and Chain/Railguns are still respectable in combat.

The small blobs are 700 m/s, the big ones 1200. Both have a field of fire so they're not 100% accurate.

As for what the Sollies are like, imagine the UEF from Blue Planet, and think of the exact opposite of the UEF. The Free Democratic Solar Republic are pretty much everything the UEF are not--paranoid, fanatical, belligerent, fascistic, and sort of like Mussolini's fascist Italy in space (only more competent).
