I just got back from getting my hair cut (Yes i do groom in between drinking and whoring) and i looked at the back of the "Galactic edition" box (marked up as coming soon) in a local GAME store.


Turns out you get a hardback, book, a making of DVD abig poster, a "make a better creature DVD" and ......who knows what else.....

I bought the normal edition cause the way I see it, you'll rarely watch the DVDs regulary, or read the books regularly. The only thing you'll see regularly is the poster. So I decided to save 30 bucks and bnought the regular one.

All of those " Special Editions " are just ways for emo kids to get more posters for more money. The only poster I ever got from a game box was from Oblivion IV.  I still think it looks like a horse head. I have sold the game, but I kept the poster. :3

Singapore's Kane's Wrath Special Edition came with a Razer Deathadder.

The Bioshock special edition came with a model Big Daddy, that was worth having IMO but I didn't have the bucks

Spore looks very very interesting though, think I'll have to try it!

Wow. Bought it off the EA online store. Was kind of a pain in the ass, although so far it's working (I haven't quite finished the installation, so I don't know if the authentication will work as flawlessly).

I hate that you have to connect to the internet to play...When the internet breaks every so often around here I like to have single-player video games to fall back on.
