Looks like when I rerun an old tag it is still using the current date and not the tag date.  I was completing a previously started build to make sure the build itself didn't get wasted, the only part that had failed was the forum post which we did fix, it just spat out the wrong date originally.  I've updated the post to have the date of the build.  The second March 4 post is now the only one and is correct.
