628 version and future

So I was formerly Seriona.

628 on Windows 10 still creates the issue where you can't see the entire screen thus forcing me to downgrade to 424 in order to get a full screen.

Has anyone figured out the damn solution so 628 is playable?

Also, are the campaigns disabling the ability to salvage mechs in game? I tried 424 on Carver 5 missions and I cannot salvage mechs at all, something you always could do.
