Post by: Stryke 9 on September 18, 2002, 03:09:52 pm: I think the difference that it at least has a punchline, even if it's a fantastically unfunny one. You can recognize that, at a certain point, humor tried and failed. The first one, it was hard to tell that it was even SUPPOSED to be funny.

In other words, not really any improvement- just more distinctly bad.

Webcomics are for people who can be funny, or who can draw tentacle hentai- you certainly can't do the former, and if you can do the latter, I'd rather not know about it.

Its a "so ****ing lame i want to warm up my lightning gun" type funny. I suggest you read more webcomics to get the grasp of things. Bob and george handled mega man good. The ever popular Penny-arcade keeps their humor funny by good drawings and how their comics are always related to stuff thats new. Eskimo bob, which is actually a macromedia Flash series is funny because... well because they have a fish in a spaceship!

edit: oya, dont forget a good title. Try not to leech of the popularity of other games to achieve success. Use my signature for tips on making a better title.
