Well, since I'm moving to a nice little town near Tallinn in the next or so month, I was wondering, what kind of living places do you guys/Tiara inhabit (Jesus, I have to learn to express myself).
Do you live in an apartement? A house? In the center of the city? In a suburban area? In the country? In the toilet behind the local train station?
I myself currently live in a 4-room apartement in one of Tallinns suburban areas. I will however soon relocate to a small town 10 clicks from tallinn into a 3-room apartement. Nice and empty and... well, away from the city.
-
I live in a detached house in a suburban area around three miles from the nearest town, 15 miles from the nearest city. It's a nice enough place but there's **** all to do in the town...
-
15 miles, that's what? 20 KMs? I've got a friend who lives about that far. Not too bad, if the connection with the city is good enough.
-
A student apparment... there are two guys living here with me but we all have our own rooms so that's no problem (I have the biggest room ;7.. of course it's the most expencive on too), and besides they seem to be OK. We have a common kitchen and bathroom.
Actually it's allmost like a basic 3 rooms + kitchen -apparment. With a broadband internet connection of course :D
So far I've liked it.
Edit: Oh and form the to the centre of Tornio is about 1KM... so everything Tornio has to offer (which is not much :p) is quite near
-
I live in two apartements (that means to PSs too :D )
-
I live in a student room, in the middle of Nantes, with ambulances passing by every two minutes under my window, a church at each end of my street ( yeah, I love churches that rings every 1/4 hours ), planes that fly over my street ( airport 5 minutes away by plane ), and weird people that lve to shoot in the street for no reasons at 3AM. won't mention the toilet/shower connection pb :p.
I live an happy life
nah, honestly, noise neve annoyed me, only thing I don't like here ( save the toilet/shower thing :p ) is AOL.
-
at least you've got some action there :p

I see I've become well-known in these regions of HLP space... :D

I live in a semi-detached in a little estate less than 15 minutes from Glasgow city centre. And less than 5 from the nearest McDonalds/KFC/video-rental-place. ;)
And yes Tiara, you are well known, since u are one of HLPs few women.

I am in some "single family" house in a suburban area although it's too big for my tastes; when I get older and have to move elsewhere for a job, I would probably just get a one-room apartment. :D
-
In a huge student house somewhere in Hatfield.
approach at your peril - muhahahah!
-
I live in a house out in a psuedo-suburban (everything here is suburban). There's only one room that has air condishing, and the rest of the house is mostly made up of doors and windows. We have a large yard, two beaches within walking distance (which, of course I hate. I hate beaches, gah, can't stand the salt water), and a medium-sized pool on the back porch of our house.

spiky, red and black, six kilometer long juggernaut.

I live in a bin on the corner of Welford Road and Queens Road

I live in a detatched house, traditional to the period it was built in (1940's), with a large garage built about 25 years ago, and a large extention built 8 years ago, with a reasonably big garden. It is located on a quiet and friendly street in a similarly quiet and friendly village of about 2500 people.
-
3 bedroom semi-detatched, large gardens to the front and rear as well a small garden to the side. Ornate walls at both front and rear. Overlooking a vast grass-field with a stream running across the view-scape which includes wooded areas and a bike-track. 200m from the nearest secondary school, 500m from the nearest primary school and nursery. 300m from a shopping arcade. 1km from small village with many goods and services for sale. On a bus route. Water, electricity and gas. Central heating. Brick shed to the rear and large wooden shed at the top of the garden. Good estate, not many retards. Excellent public services (street-sweepers, bin-men etc). Low traffic. Excellent view of sunset.
Valued 3 years ago at £45,000.

I live in a dorm on a college campus. It's a triple room but I'm never there anyway.

ok ok ok, you want a run-down?
5 bedroom, 1 computer room, 1 office, 1 kitchen, 1 dining room, 1 family room, 1 eating area, built on three quarters of an acre, massive back-yard, with the bayou right there, so i just have to go through a gate (i put in myself) and i can go dirtbiking or four-wheeling down the bayou whenever i want.
it's a massive yard, but we have a Craftsman 14.5 HP lawnmower :D takes about 10 minutes to do the entire yard lol
-
<--- Suburbs.. of the (somewhat) sunny sonoma-county, California wine country. not that big of a house. 1 story, 4 bed (2 computer rooms, 2 bed) 2 bath, small kitchen, 2 living rooms, dining room, 2 car garage with junk and heavy machinery all over. My dad and me are constantly landscaping or working on somepart of the house. We just finished our front yard after it being in literal upheaval for 1.5 years. i suppose the back yard is next. I have no idea how many sq. feet is. Hot tub and um i think that sums it up.
-
Actually, our house is pretty huge for a student gaff, even if it is four guys sharing plus any random people we find on the floor in the morning. Our main plus point is the situation room, which we occupy during times of crisis, such as when we need to phone for a take away...

ah, I've got a summer house like that. I'd live in it most of the time, but there's the little problem of being 250 km from my school and my PC. :(

I live in a house on 1/4 acre, half wooded lot on the corner of two relatively quite streets. It is a two story house with plenty of room for three people. I practically own the upstairs. Its mine! mostly mine!
