Well I was always woundering what you guys like to watch when you don't spend your time at your PC and such. Please no spamming.
-
Tricky, B5....Stargate.....Buffy....I watch them all as often as possible.
The Magic Roundabout was good too ;)
-
Friends... season premiere is today
Third rock from the sun
Sliders (used to be)
Pacific Blue
-
well, it's difficult to say, considering the crappy cable programs we have here in Estonia (the only good ones are the German and Russian ones, but I don't speak German at all and I can only curse fluently in Russian. Another reason why I prefer subtitling.)
Well, I used to watch B5 and Stargate, but both shows are no longer showing, so the only TV Programme I watch regularly is Cinemania (basically 30 minutes of trailers), and Who Wants to be a Millionaire.
-
hmm. I don't watch a lot of TV anymore. Not alot on the tube that interests me. I just watch the best one that's currently on. :blah:
What I've been watching lately, though, includes Enterprise, Farscape (s.2), Witchblade(sp?) pilot ep., From The Earth To The Moon (HBO miniseries). Other than that, DVD movies. :p
-
B5!
-
Stargate.
Oh, and: w00t! 4000.

Anyways, apart from SG-1, there's the ever weird Lexx, the always popular X-Files, the uber |33+ Space: Above and Beyond (Go VCD! w00+!) and let's not forget the Crystal Maze reruns on challenge TV. Oh, and Bouffy has a new show on Bravo called demolition which I intend to check out - it has Bouffy and power tools. Bonus!
-
Toss up between Enterprise and Buffy.
-
Bee-five is da best!
Anyone seen the HBO miniseries Band of Brothers? That was really awesome too.
-
I watch so many different kind of shows :shaking:
B5 (doesn't show anymore though)
Stargate (when it shows)
X-Files (when it's not re-runs)
Cartoons
C'Ob
etc.

Shows what you know, matey boy. Magic Roundabout is about hippies doing what they do best (and no, I don't mean smelling), but disguised to allow children to be educated about the effects of various chemicals upon the human mind.

You really need to get more fresh air. :doubt:
-
Eh?
Hold on, you're telling me you don't think the Magic Roundabout was about drugs?
-
I'm afraid you don't know what you're talking about Razor - watch that show again some time and you'll find it riddled with comedy and sarcasm - whilst also being good clean fun for children.
And just because I'm 18 doesn't mean I can't like kids shows - even though The Magic Roundabout is more than just a kids show.
-
Now Pokemon, that's quality viewing. Go Sky1!
-
EDIT: This was pathetic, as pointed out by venom :p
-
you sense of humour is so great, I'm envious.
-
i like anythign remotely scifi
i also like digimon anime
b5 farscape x files stargate farscape which is gone hopefully wiht enough petitions and we will get farscape back
i also watch adromeda but heh i its hardly on here...
what would be cool is that some one with a video card or tv capture card could record some shows on their computer
eg : star trek stargate andromeda x file s and we could make a huge data base of shows all in divx format avi's or mpeg and icould up load them to my server we would adverstise them and
heh we would have people enjoying the joy of scifi and toher shows if we can acomplish it
i got plenty server space now and t would pretty awesome idea i f we could get this together and have people download our art ,pof files and mpegs soon i will have my own forum which will have the coolest graphics yet heh!
in addtion to that we will have a submission form where people can sign up to be a part of the staff which will be cool since is till need a flash artist but hmmm
well to get back to the subject matter...
we could either stream the videos with a real media player or also people to download them in mpeg or divx format
if we get this off the ground i predict that this will amazing popular just you watch and see
well :D ;) with you ideas and support this will defintely will be huge success
heh in fact it will be amazing
hmm even so igot another idea why dont i make a huge movie about freespace 2 and it will along the movies/ clips for people to download
weeeee
this gona be awesome

Jeez, I'm so out of touch with the Johto series. Serisously catch Articuno? Blimey, that'd be a feather in Ash's official Pokemon League hat and no mistake.
Oh yeah, the Samurai Pizza Cats (God knows why, but hey):
[EDIT] Oh nearly forgot! TRANSFORMERS! Now that's the Daddy. Got the movie on DVD
-
Transformers was the coolest show ever. So was Beast Wars before it went gay with he transmetals and such. At the moment, my favourites are SG1 and the Lano and Woodley show, even though I only ever see that on tape at my friends house. Those guys are the probably the funniest guys in the world today.

The saddest thing is that I know what you're talking about.
-
oh yes, one rare hour-long comedy series I really like: MACGYVER.
Man this is one of the funniest shows I've ever seen. The cheesy jokes, the impossible tricks, and R.D. Anderson (this part without sarcasm). This is plain excellent.
The way he makes a magnet by banging an iron stick at a fire hydrant. :D
-
Aah, MacGuyver. Now that's legendary :)
I personally loved the Murdoc episodes ;)
Other legendary series: Knight Rider, Streethawk, A-Team :D, Air Wolf etc.
-
never seen streethawk, ditto on everything else.
MacGyver unfortunately started to suck beginning from the king arthur episode.
and the madonna christmas special,
:sigh:
-
i watch the teletubbies, theyr the best.
-
I actually liked the king arthur episode. It was funny :D
Of course it was not near from the best ones, but still ok
Madonna christmas special.... I can't remember that one :blah:
-
And believe me, it shows! :D
-

So I was browsing for Amanda Tapping clips, so what? :nervous:

The episode where a madonna statue was stolen, and then there was some trouble with a children's center, which was ´operated by a (girl)friend of MacGyvers.
In that episode, MacGyver did ABSOLUTELY nothing. He just walked around and told everyone how good life was. BOOOORING
-
Oooh yea that one... well I agree that Mac didn't do much in it, but it was still a touching episode
so I'm easy to please... so what :p
-
on a similar, I found one of the best MacGyver episodes to be one of the first-season ones, (it was one of the first with Dana Elcar in it as well if I remeber correctly). I cannot remember the title, it was the one where Mac had to disarm two bombs on a cruise ship. The one with the bomb disarming expert as the villain. Can anyone fill me in on the name?
-
By the way, I think Friends are really cool! They really have some good lines! ;)
-
I watch a lot on the history channel, TLC, and Discovery, TNN for the Robot Wars and Star Trek, and Nickelodeon every sunday for Invader Zim

There is also Spiderman cartoon on fox kids too. ;)
By the way, I also watch an Australian series called Home and away but the only reason I watch it is because of Australian chicks. ;7

THAT CRAPPY SOAP OPERA!!!
Make this a rule kids, never watch a show that has more than 1000 episodes.
-
Late Night w/ Conan O'Brien.
Saturday Night Live
The Daily Show
South park
Aqua teen hunger force (http://www.athf.com) - late night on the cartoon network
Sealab 2021
The Man Show
Crank Yankers
-
The Simpsons
Conan
Trigger Happy TV
SportsCenter
South Park
SNL
West Wing (although I rarely get to watch it)
I usually don't watch TV though because whenever I have a chance to watch it, nothing good is on. Basically, I could get by with just ESPN, Comedy Central, and Cartoon Network, but I need CBS, FOX, and ABC when they have football on.
-
Cartoon Network is really cool!
By the way, there are new Ed Edd'n Eddy episodes comming soon. Those guys crack me up.
-
I'd pretty much watch Cartoon Network just for Adult Swim and the occasional Dexter's Laboratory.
-
Cartoons:
The Simpsons
Futurama
Family Guy
Beavis and Butthead
Ren and Stimpy
Daria
King of the Hill.
Anything animated and slightly twisted.
-
Toons
Saturday Night Adult Swim(Cartoon Network)
G Gundam
Gundam in general
Zoids:rolleyes:
DBZ(I've got to see how it ends!)
Live Action
Stargate SG-1(is it just me or did the first half of the first Sci Fi season suck?)
Star Trek(All)
Buffy(don't get to watch it much because it conflicts with...)
JAG
Judging Amy:cool:
ER:cool:
The Jeff Corwin Experience(Jeff is way cooler than Stevo)
A good deal of the History Channel
-
Transformers was the coolest show ever. So was Beast Wars before it went gay
Beast Wars owned!!
oh yes, Jag, Adult Swim, and StarGate
-
YES!! SIMPSONS!!!
oh, and I do watch F1, and some basketball tournaments, but that doesn't really classify as TV-show.
-
Well Simpsons are OK, but I think X Files and First wave are better. :p
-
oooh i finally saw that swat kats screen. that show rocked.
forgot a few more:
battlebots
beavis & butthead (the only reason i'll watch MTV)
rocko's modern life

me too, too bad there are no more cowboy bebop episodes, I always watched that :(
-
The Pretender (Why NBC canned this show, I'll never figure out...it was the only thing on that lame channel worth watching!)
MacGyver
Stargate SG1
Farscape
The Crocodile Hunter (Steve is bloody hilarious!)
B5
B5: Crusade (currently airing in B5's place)
Home Improvement
Fresh Prince
Speaking of MacGyver, anyone else watch the Cuba Gooding Jr. eps? ;)
-

Mmm... no. I tried to like it, I really did. But still, no.
-
It's Stargate and the Simpsons for me. :)
-
CNN World Report!
The only real reason I ever watch regular TV is to watch the news (and occasionally an interesting Discovery Channel documentary).
-
Everybody Loves Raymond
Becker
CNN (seriously....)
Howard Stern and Wild on (rarely anymore)
I used to watch the scribbled up version of the SPICE channel but that damn cable company.....
-
I don't know if I've mentioned, but I'm something of an Above and Beyond afficionado...
Oh, you knew that already. Right...
*Leaves*

Copy that. At least I managed to get some of the series on DVD (the only reason I dare venture over to eBay...) The rest are on VHSes scattered about.
Ehrm...anyways, stuff I watch on TV:
DBZ (only 'cuz my roomie is hopelessly obsessed with it)
Dexter's Laboratory (see note above)
CNN (for the occasional headz-up on the Washington BS)
Fox News (for the occasional politically skewed take on the Washington BS)
Otherwise, stuff on DVD, VCD, or VHS, or stuff that has since gone off the air (or I've lost interest in):
Farscape
First Wave (a little)
The Chronicle (but not enough to count)
Babylon 5 (impatiently waiting for the rest of the series to be released)
Crusade (read Babylon 5 note)
Trigun (just the first 8 or 9 eps)
Cowboy Bebop (and the feature movie)
Neon Genesis Evangelion (haven't seen enough of this one to know what's going on, tho)
Gundam Wing (some of it) (hmm...Endless Waltz...gonna watch that one again tonight)
Star Trek (on the rarest occasion)
never could really get into Enterprise(mainly because I'm not able to catch it when it comes on), SG-1 (movie didn't interest me, series fails too), Andromeda (c'mon, Hercules in Space?!:p), or any countless others.
Eh, notice the unusually large percentage of anime in that? :D
-
Startrek Voyager of course!
I have had a thing for Seven for ermm... I guess, Seven months.
LOL
-
Anything that is sci-fi in nature.
1.) Enterprise
2.) Star Wars (including the new episodes)
3.) Babylon 5
4.) Star Trek series (including the Next Generation)
-
Speaking of Star Wars, I think that Episode 1 was better taht Ep 2.
