We'll ladies and gentlemen, it has been fun. I will still be around a bit, popping my head in - maybe making some alterations to POF Constructor Suite if I really get a lot of people asking. If someone else wants to pic up the code where i left off all they have to do is ask permission and i'll give them CVS write access so that they may work on it.
I am starting my own game engine developement. OpenPrivateer, which is for now exclusively an ISU Game Dev project.
It's been fun, be we all knew it had to end eventually. I'm not from the community, just no longer an active coder - maybe once the linux port is up on it's feet i'll return and start working on my utils again, keep me up to date people - if you see me on ICQ and i've missed something major drop me a line.
It's been fun, see ya round

Perhaps we could put that with the rest of the code (if it isnt there already)?
Are they independant or do they need the FS2 source code to compile?
-
latest version uses source code for nav lights I think.
-
all the programs in the alliance productions sourceforge CVS were written pre-fs2 source release so they don't need it [wouldn't have needed it even if they were released after]
feel free to reuse my code under the GPL as long as you inform me what you're using it for [just so i know it's being used pretty much]

Crap, the best people is leaving...
-
he isn't leaveing he's just not codeing any more
I wish I could have gotten a working glow point editor first though
anyone else want to give it a shot, I looked at some of the code but it's all object oriented and I am frankly too ignorant to do anything with it

Well, if it wasn't for the fact that this was posted in the source code forum, I would have thought it was a bumpped thread from about 6 months ago or so. ;)
Kazan, best wishes for your new project! Have a good one! :)
-
ok.. images of it running in windows - and off site so my computer doesn't have to be in linux
the second one is the actual screen
the first one is all the files - except the OpenPrivateer config file that sets up that screen
