i've just downloaded the demo...
it seems to that caligari did a great job
i tried it for not more than 5 minutes, but i think that the new fillet tool will become an extremely useful tool after little experience to the "sweepers"
now you can unify two separated object and then add manually the edges to connect one mesh to the other (yes you can do that even with older versions, but in my case at least, it was BIG pain in the ass because results were often unstable, now it seemed to me that this works far far better)
a mirror tool has been added, you can select a face and then mirror the model using that face as joining point (in precedent version you could copy your model, mirror a copy, but then you had to unify the two objects and this wasn't always something without problems)
there are also other tools i have to check, and as said i spent only few time on it but i was really positively impressed:)

had the demo for a while, and I must say this is a great improvement over the last few versions, it even has some features I find lacking in 3dsmax!

Can you save/open files and import/export files in the demo? In previous posts about TS demos it's been said that saving was disabled. (Which wasn't really a surprise.)

still disabled.
