Ok ive never seen this before, but I can't figure it out. In one of my missions, I have two Aeolus (shielded) frigates, one allied, one enemy. The friendly Aeolus has the default loadout, while the hostile one has 4 CL-Type2PDF beams, and the rest of the turrets blank. Everything starts out fine, the friendly Aeolus fires her default loadout of beams, flak, etc, and the hostile one shoots its CL's. However, after if the hostile Aeolus gets destroyed, suddenly the friendly Aeolus gets the loadout of what the hostile one had, and same thing happens to the hostile one if the friendly one dies first. I can't find any way of correcting this error...

That is really weird. If we could figure out what is going on, we might be able to use that to our advantage. It is probably one of fs2's weird things. Make a new mission, or take off the shields.

I believe I've heard of this before... and if I remember correctly the solution is to make 2 different aeolus entries in the table file and use the separate ship loadouts in different entries.
Again, if I remember correctly, there's some sort of bug that when a ship of a same table entry is destroyed in a mission, the other one receives it's loadout... I'm not exactly sure if thats correct but its what i remember.
This might be something the SCP guys can work on
