I've been hanging around this forum for a while (like a bad smell). In the last couple of months I've seen a whole fleet of new ships appear. Has anyone considered gathering together all the completed new ships into one mod. Someone could do one hell of a lot with a mega-mod like that. At the very least, we could see some very interesting campagins.

+ most ships are for a specific storyline. You'd have to come up with some neat story to explain the massive variances in design.

I was thinking of doing this myself..my way was to just copy the data folder, though. Not very elegant :P

What you should do is pool your resources together and put all the ships on a site, where they can be downloaded sperately or as one huge file, if you like.  (http://dynamic.gamespy.com/~freespace/ubb/noncgi/cool.gif)
