Title: How do you shrink or grow models?

I've seen pics of the Sechat-Hor (giant sobek/aten hybrid). What i'm wondering is, how does one grow/shrink models?

the reason i ask is because i want to shrink the Nephilim and do various other things to it, essentially turning it into a fast, powerful Terran multipurpose fighter.

if it's relevant i use TS 4.2

It's a TrueSpace operation. Or at least I don't know an easier way to do it.

PCS POF->COB
Load in TrueSpace
Rearrange Hierarchy to be "Conversion Ready"
Resize Model
PCS COB->POF
