www.scifi-meshes.com has Two versions of the Soveriegn last time i checked.

Sure thing....but seriously ... BOOKMARK GOOGLE,.... right after I replied to you I searched for "Star Trek meshes enterprise E" and the first page had two of those links I just gave you. Could have saved you some time as well as needing to post for it ;)

trekmeshes.starfleet.ch isn't the best resource since it hasn't been updated in nearly two years. (aside from adding the akiraprise)
That conversion of Ed Gidding's mesh on there is pretty damn bad. I'll see if I can get an updated copy of it and convert it to MAX. (assuming you use 3dsmax. Ed uses a stripped down version of LW.)

eeem how do i convert MAX to LW???? do i have to have some modeling skills or something or is there a proggie that does it ?

Run a search on google for Deep Exploration. I dunno if it converts directly to LWO like it does to 3DS. You will have to re-texture the model though. (all you have to do is point it to the textures themselves, no re-doing UVW mapping coords. Should take you the better part of five minutes to do.)
