Couple o questions.
does PCS do docks or not, they don't seem to work right, am I doing it right? they worked in FSMM2 but it kills the insignias so thats out o question for fighters.
other Q is what are the causes of shield malfunction - I think lasers are getting through but I carn't be sure (it looks like they are and you die pretty qiuck in basicaly a Herc II (where as in same test mission a herc I is longer lasting???)

oh and does anyone have any info on the warp and subspace node models??? what can you do with them or new ones?

about PCS: I think those pbs are fixed in the last release (not sure tho). The shiel pb seems to be that the shield mesh is not in the bounding box.
the warp model can't be modified, but the node wireframe can. I don't remember the name of the pof unfortunately, but you can check it in modelview.

already did, I also checked the warp modle it is way more detail than I would have thought or something.
How would you get transparancy effects for wireframe its just faces or do they shoy wireframe model with green lines or something?

wireframes are hard coded.

Yeah, the node model itself can be changed, but the game engine will still show it as a wireframe. And it's not possible, AFAIK, to make other models wireframed.

Well.... if you uv mapped it with something like UVMapper, you'd have a wireframe texture map - the you could recolour the white background true green and the edges to light blue (or something visisble).  It wouldn't work in Voodoo cards (like mine), but the background would be transparent in newer 3d cards.

I think this would work.

in PCS the autoturret feature dosn't work, i'll try it again with stuff I read to day (wasn't THAT much diffrent) but could you give me an exact way of doing it, dose it work with letters? rather than numbers? how are the firepoint lights glued? or not? etc
