List the names of Tarren, Vasudan, or Shivan ships here!
This is for FREDers that need help on nameing their ships, and no not ship class type names I mean names for ships in game like Bastion etc.
Links or just post are ok.
Note: by names I mean real ones not ones that are made up.:nod:

Sounds like you're asking for ships that appeared in FS or FS2, and the trouble is that most of these ships (especially Shivan ones) were destroyed by the end of their respective campaigns. Now as far as good names go, they range greatly within the official FS universe.

No ship is made and viola the universe says "This ship is X!" :lol:
Some had to make it up and people went along with it......
I have do design a whole Alternate Earth Military from ground up (WIP for last 10 years, rolled into FS2 last 2 years)... Not just the space ships, but the Aero fighters, nava units, and ground forces!!! Guess what? All names you are familiar with have been taken for Centuries! It's good to be original but unless you are doing another species and using their language/culture then your Battleship Orion may be someone else's [EDFJn Orion (as a Constellation is so large. )] The EDF has Galaxy named vessels for Super Juggernaughts - EDFSJ Andromeda & EDFSJ Milky Way (it's not just a candy bar anymore!) ;)

If you have to remain faithful to FS2 then you're pretty much stuck ONLY using the mythologies shown on that google link and have to go with the flow created by Voilition (types of names they used ie. gods,monsters, places) For example for a station I would suggest someone using Parthanon Station. But they also used military stuff from dark ages and the age of sail for GTVA ships "repulse" (forgot too much and brain switch over to modding).... So figure that kind of mix in one military?
