Looks pretty good.

The main thing I notice is the atmosphere is kinda of strange. Its way too defined. It looks like your planets/moons are floating in glass bubbles. Try adding  a gradient on your transparency channel and make sure your diffusion cutoff is a littl emore defined.

I'm curious to know what the text says, and why it's called Terra when that isn't Earth.

two things :like mikhael said, theatmosphere is weird, too large and defined.alsothefs symbol in the right bottom corner: the space areabehind it isn't the same colour than in the rest of the pic ;)

I use paint shop pro too, but not 3dmax. Too expensive for me. :(
