Title: new PCS thingy

for my HTML class I needed to make a web site so I decided to make a new PCS tutorial (http://freespace.volitionwatch.com/blackwater/fstut/fstut_index01.htm),
I need some feedback becase I am going to turn it in soon, but it should be good for you all getting started in modeling.

very nice; helpful indeed, although perhaps some sample data would be good too, particularly for the insiginia thing as im more confused now that I was before :/

did you check the auto-gen page, it has most of the directions for makeing insignias
