Title: Mouse problem
Post by: Ulundel on December 13, 2002, 12:38:41 pm
right, I just reformated my C drive and now I got a very weird and of course a very annoying problem with FS2.

I turned the mouse on and everything but ingame, moving the mouse doesen't affect the ship. I can fire and do everything else but not to turn.

First I thaught it's because of the optical mouse but tried with the old one too. Still noting.

Any help?

i had (have) the same problem...

do you mean that the mouse works regualrly (in windows, and even in the FS main screen) but doesn't work when youre trying to fly?

The game defaults to j/s control - mouse needs to be activated on the ingame options.

Ok ToT - sounds like something was corrupted in the install, maybe (installed  DirectX, too?).
Ah well, you newer know... e.g. here, it seems my system catched a strange BSOD infection from somewhere - half a dozen crashes in the last 5 days.. ...sucks (and right now i feel too lazy to reinstall)... drives me N U Z!

Perhaps you should set the mouse sensitivity to Max. I dunno.
