Does anybody know where I can find a giant cell phone like the one from Trigger Happy TV? Any help will be greatful.

As for a giant cell phone, check on EBAY or make your own.

What in the hell... is this guy lost, or what?

And... I very much doubt you're going to find anywhere selling such items. The original would have been a prop made by the Trigger Happy crew. Unless someone is making un/official reproductions, I think perhaps that you're searching in vain.
