(http://www.planethardwar.com/~hwcomic/files/light-fighter-all.png) tS does not do this ship justice.
Originaly made for civilian use, the Vidurr* was quickly noticed by military Brass for it's high speed and manuverablity. With military technology it became even better. Though it has a relativly weak hull, it has strong fast rejuvinating shields, making it very deadly to first encounter pilots. It can fulfill mutilpe roles including bomber interception, attack, and bombing.
The Vidurr has brought a new era in Space Superiority.
this is the first ship I have tried to texture all by myself.
Oh ya. Happy Christmas! :D
*Norse for "killer"

I don't mean to be a negative nancy, but please, please look at those textures. Otherwise, model isn't too bad for a civy

Looks very Star Wars, so it does...

Reminds me of tachyon

Yes. Tachyon. Knew I recognised it

Textures look like they were done in MSPaint, but it's a UV Map, so it's a start! Juts keep detailing, maybe a gentle blue-grey to white gradient fill as opposed to the plain white? This can look very effective if done right. And just keep adding detail, txture your metal too - there aresevceral ways to acheive a metal texture, just look around.
Oh, and if possible without messing your UV up, try rounding the corners a little bit - up your polycount as well.

High poly count bad, very BAD! It's suppose to be blocky.

Acculy they were done using UV maps ripped from Lithunwrap and painted with PSP6.

Updated. What do you ppl think?
-
Now the metal is too strong. Use transparancy and layer blending to get a refined look.
-
I'm thinking...... Kilrathi medium fighter...... Dralthi... yeah, that's it.

Overly High Poly counts are bad, but anything up to 500 or so is still acceptable, and it lets your fighter look a little more detailed.

Hokay, just again, could do with a little more detail, which you've given with that metal Texture. They could still do with a few doodads here and there though, and As Icefire said, drop the Opacity a little to decrease the Textured look of the Metal.
