Here's some of my photography work. I'll post more later. enjoy!

Mikael you should look at the Nikon D-1 series.
this shot is kind of big, so you can see more detail. PS only for minor cantrast adjustment. kudos to any one who knows what the purple thing is, few people do who should.

Ahhh, the Nikon D-1 series! I've read countless reviews about those pieces of equipment, very impressive :) Is that a USB memory key?

That moth is stunning, I love the colour, and the texture on its wings... you can almost feel it. I also really love the horse sitting down in the grass... beautiful, beautiful. :) Waking up early is good - the light's really nice.

As for the spider... :shaking::yes:

I second the hosre pic comment, it deserves being on large format.
As for the spider, well, at least we don't see the eyes... spider eyes really freaks me out...

The horse one, the spider one, and the moth one rock. I particularly like the word the spider is standing over... arachnophobia, anyone?:D

The fly might be cooler if you blew it up to double, so there'd be some detail there.

The purple thing is one of those USB memory sticks isn't it?

Great photos. That purple thing is the USB dongle for Lightwave (or perhaps another package. Mine's green. :))

Yeah... out of curiosity, why does LW need a dongle? What is that thing? :)

Well, see, when you turn it on, it vibrates, and it's shaped just so, so...

Wait. That's something else. No idea what a dongle is, only that I don't have it (I guess that's the problem with versions that aren't legit... no hardware).

The network version of Animation Master (http://www.hash.com) has something similar. It's basically another form of copy protection; if the dongle isn't in, the program won't start.

the old 3dstudio versions ( prior to max ) used that too ( but not USB, obviously :p )

My 3dsMax R3.1 has a parallel port dongle.

Draco, they come in LOTS of colors, though usually variations on pastels for some odd reason.

Steak, the dongle is a hardware key. Part of your software checks for a keycode in the hardware of the dongle. If it can't find the dongle, or it can't find the right key information, the software will error out.  As copy protection, its better than most, but it doesn't stop a truly determined cracker. It is easy, after all, to hack the test in the binary to always return a good result without actually performing the test.

11 year bump.
:bump:

I got my third DSLR body for Xmas. My good woman managed to sneak in under the radar.

Nikon D7000.

Everything I need.

I got me a d70 already and a sony a390. Selling all my sony kit and sticking to one brand.

Pictures forthcoming.
