I wanted to say hello, already been welcomed to the forums in another post ;)

Anyways, I'm SG_01, FS player since FS1, also have ST and FS2
I mainly write websites and programs in VB, but I like to try on gaming, havn't had too much experience with C++, but some is better then nothing ;)

At the moment I'm a student, at a level I can easely take, so my free time is much...

I hope I can help you around, I always wanted too play FS3 ;)

Actualy, its because my full name is so darn hard for English ppl to say: Sjoerd Grevelink

But maybe a bit did come from that show, and it is awsome ;)
They have given it in the DivX topic BTW, that beam, so don't worry, looks cool :D

Slight derailment/OT --> the series of SG-1 on cable telly over here seems to be a bit pants. I missed most of 'em, but the ones I did see... I mean, the one where they landed on the Replicator planet - the Replicators have gone the way of the Borg! Boo! And that new dude is a rubbish replacement for Jackson :nod:

That said, anyone rememeber that one where they hacked a frozen bird out of the ice sheet, and she woke up and had wierd uber powers? She was teh hot, but I can't find a single decent piccy out there :(

I really wish I could see the new eps. We're stuck with the old seasons for now - the last new season I saw was the one where Jonas had joined SG-1. Can't wait for the spin-off series though, I have a whole set of hunches as to what that's gonna be. :nod:

The worst replacement actor yet.  What the hell happened to Jackson(besides the fact that they scripted him to die in the last ep. on SHOtime)?  Contract issues?  Good thing SCIfi is showing all the old seasons(better than the new ones in my opinion) on monday nights.

Well, apart from the fact that he didn't really die... ;) (That guy who liked Sam resumed corporeal form, after all.) But anyway, I don't have an explanation either, I miss Daniel. :(

Got a big dose of radiation, but Oma Desala (who's looking after the Harcesis child on Qeb) helped him to ascend. :)

A poor replacement for Jackson.

In the first SciFi eps Jonass overacted.  Then, later on, he didn't have much of a role.  Then the season ended.  This season, i'm guessing that he will be just about equal to Teal'c in lines and importance.

well I think it was more farscapes rateings that got it killed, I don't think they would have dropped it had it been makeing them a profit, no mater how evil they are

I still think its wrong they cancelled the show because they lost six Nielsen boxes to a show that already had success and fandom in the bigger networks. But its a business world. Ratings everything.
