:nervous: Ummm... why, at the start of a mission,do all the ships try to turn round? When the mission starts, some Argo transports, who are set to follow a waypoint path, turn round and get all confused before moving off on the paths. I cant work out why this happens, i've checked they have the relevant waypoints, and are a reasonable distance from them.
I've noticed the fighters in my wing do this too, they turn backwards before going off to vombat as normal.
There's a cruiser, however, that does not. Any suggestions for the problem, i'm sure its embarisingly obvious.

DOn't put the ships directly on the waypoints... make it so they are pointing at the first one and are a good 50 meters away...
-
No, they arent on the waypoints, and they are facing the right way.
As an update, the transports have now dissapeared completely, and are no where to be seen in the mission. I've checked, they aernt invisible or anything. Freekin' FrED.

Well FRED does support its namesake..

Ah ha! Appears i had set the arrival que from true to false, so the transports were never going to arrive.
...still have origional problem

My bet is you put them in a WING to ease SEXPing, and as such they will behave as a wing, and try to fly in a V formation style.(or is it me who is remembering wrong, when Cap ships are in a wing).
So they are turning around to get into to right spot, Easy for fighters, Hard for cap ships and Transports.

Perhaps he means his pooter is powered by electric eels. Mine is powered by hamsters on very small bicycles hooked to a dynamo
