I'm looking for a few staff to help the campaign (see siggy), which is evolving into a bit of a monster.
firstly, 1 or 2 extra Fredders would help relieve the burden on Nightmhammer and Blue Lion, who are our main designers.
Secondly - and I've particularly looked at the Robotech atmosphere, B5 backgrounds and removing ambient light pictures in deciding this - I'm looking for a general modder, to play around with the nebulas, backgrounds and interface to maybe see if they can come up with anything useful / fun for inclusion in the mod or general release. Basically, any improvements that can be made to the general graphics and appearance of the missions.

I'm hoping that 'Reciprocity' can be one of the top Fs2 campaigns - it definately has the potential IMO (http://dynamic.gamespy.com/~freespace/ubb/noncgi/biggrin.gif)

I think i have, but to be honest I can't really remember - it's a while ago, now.
what I can say is that we have something like 22 models in the works, and I need to work out which ships to remove so I can fit in the shield icons in hud.tbl (http://dynamic.gamespy.com/~freespace/ubb/noncgi/mad.gif)
and Ravens done the weapons.tbl stuff, so luckily that work is finished now (http://dynamic.gamespy.com/~freespace/ubb/noncgi/smile.gif)
I think we'll be using the ambient light removal trick for atmosphere in 1 or 2 missions. There are a few ships which would really benefit from it, and it's a nice idea...
imagine it, you're in a (near) pitch black asteroid field, when suddenly a destroyer jumps in, lighting up the whole area with it's beams.... that would be pretty cool.
