Title: PS Beam test

this is just a test of a beam that i made in photoshop, layered over the image of the mjolnir from fs2.com, comments welcome :)

edit: made beam a bit wider

here's another pic, this time with some lasers of my own creation (nothing special, but they're mine, all mine :devil: ) and some more beams, enjoy :)

Those beams do look good. I'm not sure if I can see where they are coming from, though.

They are turrets.  Not sure if they are the right turrets (in fact I know they aren't) but they are at least originating from something gun-like on the hull.

Nice work, but I think you could have a larger flare at the beam origin. :)

LOL! :lol: You need to do a horizontal flip on the laser texture.

That's what I thought, but I just couldn't see them. Now that you mention it, though, I think I can see things resembling turrets almost completely covered by the beams themselves.

Those look very nice. :):yes: Personally, I think they look great - but only if you're not going for FS-style beams. Very nice though, I especially like the Mara... :D
