I just watched Dog Soldiers. It's ****ing awesome.

So scary. And the gore isn't Hollywood "Oh, leave me for I am sure finished", if someone gets their intestines ripped out they're all "ARGH! My ****ing stomach. *fires P-90 into the tree-line*".

Oh and the bit where the dude has been being eaten alive for the past 3 hours, and it's just sat there with him on its lap chewing his bowels from his torn open abdomen. That has to be the most disturbing thing I've ever seen, more sickening than the kitty video.

I swear to God, it makes Alien looks like the ****ing Teletubbies.

And the thing is that it's not all about the gore and action, it's sorta like a TV army-drama too and is so realistic (well, aside from the obvious). Good character reactions, good effects, the way that the thingies move is scary too, kinda towering and etherial.

The best bit of the entire movie has to be near the end though. The guy's stood there looking it straight in the eye, he's about to try and run then he realises it's pointless and is just like "Ah, well, I'm a dead man anyway. **** it." and starts beating the crap out of it with his fists and pans of boiling water while taking the piss and calling it a pussy. And then spitting in it's face. Soooo cool.



I. Love. This. Movie.



Okay, I'm done.

Summary: Go buy Dog Soldiers and watch it at 2-3am on 15 consecutive nights.
