Title: A weapons table question

Yea, verily - how would I go about making a secondary weapon which can't be fired? I want to make an piece of equiment which takes up a secondary slot but cannot be used as a weapon, ie. it just sits there. At the moment it's purely cosmetic, and doesn't actually do anything, so it's purely a case of making it unfire-able.

Suggestions, if you would :)

Give it the no dumbfire flag and dont make it aspect locking, or hike the minimum lock time to a rediculously high value.

Just go no dumbfire and then put it on dumbfire, no need for massive aspect locks. or maybe a swarm count of Zero (might break the table though)?
