all I got to do is paint on this ship and add gun ports to it.

But I think the cockpit is a bit small for the ship...

It's nice..it doesn't look particularly Freespacey, but that may not have been your intention. Overall though, pretty good.

Hmm...

Round it off on the edges and it would make a nice Vasudan ship.  Do that, and we might use it for the T/V War (hint, hint) :)

Not freespacey

give it a cockpit nose, and blocky terran engines and you got it.

Or take the design make to the shop, round it, give it a "head" and some sleek engines on the back tails and call it vasudan.

After a retex of course.

will be honest: don't like it, the mesh is that of a lod2 ( you need to throw way more details in, pal, if you could do that far, well, you can go even farther. extrude engines and stuff, chamfer edges, etc ) ). But I think the maps are very good, if you did them, kuddos.

I enabled PM..

This was just a doodle model ship I skinned. Eventhough it looks excellent. Some of the textures were from the public domain, re-edited a bit when skinning this model. Some parts of the textures were created by me. the ships I model are for faster space sims(like starshatter).

I do ship modeling as a hobby.

If I got some extra spare time, Ill try and make some ships with cockpits bigger.
