Title: Got Trance?

The Womb (http://www.thewomb.com)

It's an internet radio station based in South Beach/Miami Beach, Florida. It was supposedly an underground radio station here that got pulled off the air and are now online.

They have live feeds of the dj's mixing (loads in either media player or real player) and they're always on. This is what I listen to whenever I'm at work (it's a lot better than listening to the easy listening crap they play around here). Sometimes they play some rap, but it's mostly trance/techno.

Just go by the site and click on "Listen Now" once the flash intro ends.

Post by: J3Vr6 on January 30, 2003, 06:19:06 pm: I love trance but I like breakz (breakbeats) more, to be honest. Breakz is basically remixed music (mostly older songs) to techno with a deeper bassline (no, not drum'n'bass). I'd recommend Dj Icey, or Dj Baby Anne if you like deep bass.

Every year there's a day-long music festival (some people would call it a rave:nervous: ) in March where all the big dj's go. It starts around 1pm and extends til like 3am. Last year some of the dj's there were: Paul Oakenfold, DJ Icey, DJ Baby Anne, Paul Van Dyke, Hybrid, Kosheen, Crystal Method, and a bunch of others.

This year, the dj's are listed here: Ultra 5 (http://www.coolworld.com/ultra5/)

Last year rocked, and I'm going to try to go this year.

Yesterday they had these two chicks dancing infront of the camera... :D

Nothing like a hot chick in a bikini top and low riders rolling on X and spinning glowsticks in the dark (No, I don't roll and do not promote it). If she's any good, you can stay there just looking and be really entertained :D

One thing about The Womb I don't like is that from 1-3pm EST or something they have this middle eastern girl mixing and all she plays is hindu-type music. She's cool to watch when she's belly dancing infront of the camera, but the music just puts me to sleep
