Title: Registration Issues

Apparently people trying to sign up at HLP (members that joined after November 2002) say that "Registration is Disabled"

i don't know how you want to take care of that problem, but you're stopping members like kasperl from signing up, forcing them to hang out at Volitionwatch.

just kidding :D

This can be rememdied by clicking the "Allow New Registrations" option from No to Yes.
