I just begun using max 4.2. When I placed a previously converted file from FS2 into the scene, the model looks like it is turned inside out. I had the same problem in Lightwave but I fiexed it by using Stretch tool. Everything went fine. But I can't use that tool in Max. Please tell me how to make the model appear as it should.

Normals are unflipped.

Just open the modify panel on the right and select normal from the dropdown menu. Then select flip normals. Done.
