Umm the thread Shrike has linked to doesn`t seem to work. I get this message

Small note to all hosted sites.

When u attempt to go to the Fileplanet Fileupload Center it asks u to browse directories until u find urs. Well they are 100% wrong (again).

They forgot to mention each folder has access rights. We hosted sites cannot even enter the 3dap/hlp folder even though we are in a couple of subdirectories below it.

Therefore you must MANUALLY type in the URL for the fileupload. For DATDB i typed this:
http://hostedftp.gamespy.com/index.asp?d=/3dactionplanet/hlp/hosted/datdb

So if a hosted sit named DONG were to upload files they would go to:
http://hostedftp.gamespy.com/index.asp?d=/3dactionplanet/hlp/hosted/DONG

It will prompt you for a login, and before u panick and say "but they never gave me an FTP Upload Login ahhhhhhhhhhh" its the exact same user and password that u would use for the hosted sites HTML files.

It took Gamespy two days to answer me on this and by then i figured it out on my own, i thought passing this along will help those last minute people who want to fix their problem and get stuck here.

It's hard to tell who's newly hosted cause lots of avatars have gone walkies after the downtime earlier this month.

So this only matters if you've uploaded files for download from gamespy and not for the hosted websites?

I did not know you had hosting here...
Lack of internet connection means I'm behind on the hosted stuff..

That's okay. I realised that my lack of an avatar would make it look like we weren`t hosted here and edited my post :)

You DID read the announcement, right?  I SPECIFICALLY said that if you have access problems, inform STYXX OR I.  That means a PM.

Sheesh people.

Anyhow, you now have access to the hosted support forum.
