A bit ago a demo was posted for Homeplanet, I played it and it's pretty sweet. Ran rather smoothly and is beautiful. A cool thing is it has multiple settings for texture quality and the highest is 1024x1024 :) The game plays like a faster, dogfighting Iwar2 (newtonian physics) mixed with a wider-audience space sim (FS, Wing Commander and such).

I recommend y'all try it

Actually the demo was "a bit" buggy... first of all allthough I think I configured the controllers properly the controls were still screwed up. And after a while the demo crashed and screwed up my desktop (it was 800x600 256 colors :D )

on the other hand, it looked quite nice

How big's the demo?

NB:  If this game turns out to be any good, I'll turn to modding it instead of FS2.

All that I know is that it is a double T3 ;7 TCO's (TheCelestialOne for those who don't remember him) work provides a connection to their private network. And they have a VERY good connection as you can see.

According to my calculations, it seems that you have a 6 MB :eek: *gets a heart attack* stream. OMG!
So your actuall transfer rate is arround 600 kb s per second.
